Making a purchase
Simply click on the item you wish to buy, go to checkout and follow the prompts.
Bespoke kits or products require 50% deposit in advance and full payment before dispatch.
Design and installation services will be quoted for individually with separate terms of agreement.

We aim to respond to emails and faxes within 24 working hours, but this can be delayed during busy periods.
Deliveries
Standard delivery items will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of order confirmation.
Note that we can only offer free delivery on orders over £60 and we offer the delivery service only in London.
The quoted price given does not include the delivery charge. This will be added when we confirm your order details.
Returns
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please advise us immediately. If your order has been dispatched we can offer a full refund excluding delivery charges.
If you are unhappy with the product or wish to exchange it we require notification by email or post within two day of receipt of goods to claim refund. Product must be returned in original packaging within 7 days for full refund or credit note.
Exceptions - Bespoke kits or products are non-returnable and exempt from cancellation or exchange.
Our returns policy does not apply to any The Plant Cafe products bought from other distribution outlets. These should be handled directly with place of purchase.
VAT
Prices quoted on the website are listed with VAT included at the appropriate rate.
Security
Purchase, always use a secure online payment method to pay for your goods. We can also accept direct transfers should you wish to do so, email us for banking details. Do not under any circumstances email your credit card details to The Plant Cafe as this method may not be secure.
To keep you informed of new products and offers we retain your details as given by you upon ordering or entering prize draws. If you do not wish to have your details stored please notify us at info@theplant-cafe.com
